We have gathered four short films from Tunisia, Bahrain, Jordan and Syria that show the range of contemporary Arabic short films.

A Mizrahi Jewish family from Tunisia tries to settle into their new home in Haifa, Palestine in 1948, but is haunted by a disturbing houseguest – a large blue parrot that once belonged to the former Arab residents.
My Name Is Hope (Sherwan Haji | Syria | 20 min)
A short film about the timeless struggle between oppressor and oppressed in an era where forgetting has become the deadliest weapon against freedom.
