A Palestinian activist allies with an Israeli investigative journalist. Together, they fight against Israel's settlement policy which daily displaces Palestinians in the West Bank and renders them homeless.

Since his childhood, Basel Adra, a young Palestinian activist, has been fighting against the forced eviction of the population of the town of Masafer Yatta in the West Bank. Gradually, the Israeli occupation forces destroy homes, forcing the residents to leave the area and hand it over to Israeli settlers, who have close ties to the Israeli military. Basel allies with the journalist Yuval, and together, they document the abuses that present the Palestinians with an impossible dilemma; they can either stay and live under unworthy conditions or give up and leave their homes.

No Other Land powerfully tells the story of Palestinian activism and emphasizes how activism is passed down from generation to generation through the focus on Basel's story. Over several years, an Israeli-Palestinian film collective – consisting of two Palestinian and two Israeli filmmakers – has documented the injustice Palestinians in the West Bank are subjected to daily, right up to the dramatic developments of the fall of 2023.

The film had its world premiere at the Film Festival in Berlin, where it won the award for Best Documentary and an Audience Award.
