Mouna Hawa
Mouna Hawa is an award-winning actress and singer who has participated in theater, stage musicals, films, and TV. Mouna won the Asia Pacific Screen Awards for "Best Performance" in Inshallah a Son, Jordan's Oscar entry for the 96th Academy Awards, and "Best Supporting Actress" in In Between in 2016. Mouna has starred in internationally acclaimed films such as Between Heaven and Earth (2019) and A Gaza Weekend (2022). Her role in Inshallah a Boy has been praised by critics worldwide. She has won several awards at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, Red Sea International Film Festival, Rotterdam Arab Film Festival, and the Golden Rooster International Competition Award.
She was educated at the Samuel Rubin Music Conservatory and the Beit-Zvi Academy of High Performing Arts speaks three languages fluently, and resides in Haifa.
