NAZA exposes the system behind the mass killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza, as told by those who designed and carried it out: Israeli intelligence officers and soldiers.

In the dim light of night, on the rooftops of Tel Aviv, conversations take place in complete secrecy. These are revealing and startling interviews with Israeli soldiers, made by the two Israeli filmmakers behind NO OTHER LAND, which they directed together with two Palestinian directors. NAZA lays bare the systematic mass killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza by means of AI and modern technology. The Israeli filmmakers and investigative journalists felt a great responsibility to examine and expose the systems behind the mass killings carried out by the State of Israel. During the secret shoots, which took place over a three-year period, they asked themselves what their ancestors had asked: How is it possible for one group of people to permit themselves to dehumanize others? What are the mechanisms behind such attitudes, and how do they become normalized?

NAZA opens in Norwegian cinemas on 23 October, and in many places it will be screened in connection with the Israeli election on 27 October.
