Its fresh, outspoken perspective on the Mideast crisis makes this music documentary stand out. The Hollywood Reporter

This documentary is about the political underground music in the Arabic world. We follow musicians from Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, and Lebanon from before the Arab spring till today. We get an insight into how these artists use art to express their struggle and political meanings in a world where the freedom of speech is limited. As audience, we are taken into their journey, from the desperation before the Arab spring, the euphoria for the first time after 2011, and to the end when it turns out that the revolutions did not hold the promises at told anyway. This is a well-produced documentary that both show a story about the Arab spring in the point of view of music, combined with a fantastic soundtrack with the best underground music the region has to offer.
