Merzak ALLOUACHE
Adila Bendimerad is a director, screenwriter, producer and actress from Algerie. She has played in several of the films by the renown algerian director Merzak Allouache (Normal 2011, Le Repenti, 2012, Les Terrasses, 2013) and was nominated for the César for her role in the short The Days Before (2013) by Karim Moussaoui. In addition to playing the lead role, she has both produced, written and directed The Last Queen together with Ounouri.
